Table of Contents (List of Songs)

A list of the titles in the "Songs to print" list can be printed, as well. This Table of Contents may be printed on its own (via the "Print Table of Contents Only" menu item), or printed with the songs.

Song Numbering

If song numbering is turned on (check the "Automatically number songs" box on the general options property page), the song numbers will be printed before the song titles in the Table of Contents.

Note: this is not the same as page numbering, but is similar to the way that hymns are numbered in hymnbooks.

Using Song Numbering and Page Numbering together, it is possible to produce a full-featured printed songbook using Songsheet Generator.

Page Numbering

If page numbering is turned on (check the "Include page numbers" checkbox on the general options property page), the page numbers will be printed after the song titles in the Table of Contents.

Note: Page numbers only apply to the Printer output destination.

Also note: the footer is not printed on the Table of Contents page. Additionally, when page numbering is turned on, the Table of Contents is numbered from page 1.
